GRP hull and superstructure.
The Sanlorenzo 94 is a vessel constructed from a composite material, with appropriately spaced transverse frames and girders, which run longitudinally as an extension of the engine foundation.
Three watertight bulkheads are positioned, one to divide the engine room from the guest area, one to divide the guest area from the crew quarters and another in the bow area that acts as a collision bulkhead.
Side exhaust housing molding, main engine exhaust and ventilation ducting for engine room are integrated onto the hull structure.
The main deck and the superstructure represent a sandwich laminated using closed cell PVC as core.
The hull has a partial double bottom where the structural tanks are housed.
The main deck is covered in high quality teak with planks 12 mm thick glued directly onto the deck.
