180' NEWCASTLE SHIPYARDS YACHT 2011 FOR SALE

The yacht is an extraordinary yacht that was built to rival the quality and capability of the Northern European pedigree shipyards. She was built by an experienced yachtsman who made sure the build included every opportunity to be successful by providing the finest supervision, engineering, design, time and quality material available. Time of build was of no concern and quality was number one priority. The owner spared no cost in getting the vessel perfect before putting her in operation. Her second and present owner has been the perfect custodian offering SOVEREIGN the “state of the art” upgrades, annual surveys both maintenance and class, providing the vessel with whatever was needed. This yacht offers six large staterooms with two true masters. She offers volume not seen on a 55m with additional attributes to include 1,100 GRT, elevator, beach club, high ceilings, huge exterior deck space, four fin Quantum zero stabilization, recent five year ABS survey complete, fresh superstructure paint, Caterpillar engines and much much more. The yacht has the volume of a 60m plus vessel. Her 180’ (55m) length and 34’ (10.4m) beam give her the platform that measuring 1,100 gross tons further this volume offers she with a floor plan of over 8,000 square feet (750 square meters) provides an exceptional living area that accommodates two master staterooms, an additional four guest staterooms below and room for 14 crew. The exceptional spaciousness is most notable in the panoramic skylounge where the vaulted ceiling reaches greater than 10' high.
Her interior wood package built by Zepsa USA is another example of spare no expenses to get the best quality possible in the vessel. The woodwork is complimented by warm marble surfaces, quality soft goods and furnishing. She has an elegant and comfortable feel to her throughout.
the yacht’s stability and sea keeping is found in her massive platform and complemented by her 10’ draft and her 4 fin Quantum Zero Speed Stabilizers. She is ready to cruise any ocean in a minute’s notice.

This yacht is designed to carry an owner's party of fourteen (14) with six (6) owner and guest staterooms. Her accommodations consist of two master staterooms, one on the upper deck with 270 degree panoramic views and the other a full beam stateroom on the main deck featuring eight oval windows approximately 2' tall for spectacular ocean views, both with his and her baths and ample hanging and drawer storage. Below deck there are four (4) guest staterooms, consisting of a VIP stateroom with king berth and his and her baths, a large guest stateroom with king berth and spacious head and two (2) twin staterooms, each with a full, twin and Pullman berth. From the below accommodations there is a service passageway through to the crew. The crew areas accommodations support up to fourteen crew members in seven cabins total.
When you enter the yacht’s main aft deck you will find a very large seating area with multiple tables and settees comfortably hosting any size group. Through the main aft doors and past the marbled foyer is an expansive main salon and separate dining area which conveniently resides next to the main deck pantry and ship’s galley. The forward part of this deck is home to one of the 2 master staterooms. In the middle of this deck you will find the large open stairwell next to the elevator which gives you two ways to access all other interior decks. The elevator goes from the tank deck where freezers and provision are found to the bridge where the second master and skylounge are found.
The upper deck has a panoramic sky lounge area featuring greater than 10' of headroom at the center. The sky lounge salon is double the size of the main salon and serves as the primary social area of the yacht with incredible views, a large bar, a nearby service pantry and quick access to the upper aft deck. The upper aft deck has a large, circular alfresco dining table for elegant outdoor dining. Aft of the table are several large lounges and tables to relax outside in privacy, out of view from the dock.
The ship’s bridge is one level up in transition to the incredible sun deck. The sun deck has even more inviting social areas, including bar chairs, massive elevated forward observation/sun deck, day head, outdoor shower, full service wet, 46" Sunbrite TV, bar and a beautifully tiled, oversized infinity edge pool/Jacuzzi with bar stools. The Jacuzzi and bar area are protected from the sun by a hard top.
